What times are you available for delivery?
We deliver starting at 8am thru 5pm, depending on each customer's need. Special orders may require special times and we will try our best to accommodate.
What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
Driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a secure spot, for example a porch, leave it with a neighbor or contact the recipient to arrange a redelivery or pick up.
Do you deliver to funeral homes, cemeteries and hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to all funeral homes, cemeteries and hospitals in the South Bay area. Flowers will be delivered to designated flower rooms (for funeral homes/cemeteries) or front desk or nurse's station for hospitals.
Will I receive the same exact flowers like the picture on the website?
We do try to create the arrangements with the same exact flowers, but due to seasonal availability and daily market inventory, designers may use floral substitutions of equal value and style to ensure maximum freshness.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Torrance?
We do not offer same-day delivery, but we do offer next-day delivery.
How much does flower delivery cost in Torrance?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at southbayfloralevents.com or by phone at (424) 571-0394 during our business hours (Mon-Sat 9 AM-6 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
